Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order

Lost or Stolen Packages

Her Hands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly

  • You may also contact us for assistance

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include photos or video of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and provide a resolution in accordance with our policy.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
